TERMS
Website Terms of Use
By accessing or using aroxeon.com, you agree to these terms. They govern browsing and use of public site information and do not replace any project contract.
Effective: September 11, 2026Operator and scope
The site is operated by 合肥艾洛思信息科技有限公司 to introduce AROXEON’s AI compute and infrastructure business, company information, contact routes, and Libra, an independent product brand in development.
If you use the site for a company or other organisation, you should have authority to communicate on its behalf. A separate written agreement for a specific project, product, or service prevails over these terms.
Nature of site information
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, site content is for business information and project discussion. It is not a public quotation, offer, inventory confirmation, purchasing commitment, performance warranty, SLA, or delivery commitment. Contacting us or exchanging requirements does not by itself form a contract.
Actual configuration, price, timing, delivery, acceptance, support, and responsibility are governed by the final contract, order, or project document confirmed by both parties.
Product stages and concepts
Libra remains in development. Its planned first release is a VS Code extension, not a released standalone IDE. Material labelled “first-release plan,” “future direction,” “concept demo,” or similar describes direction and interaction concepts only; it does not mean a feature is live, downloadable, purchasable, or scheduled for a particular date.
Architecture diagrams, interfaces, animation, and sample data are explanatory and do not represent a deployed production topology, actual inventory, confirmed model support, or a third-party partnership.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse, print, or internally share public pages to learn about AROXEON, evaluate a potential engagement, or conduct normal business communications.
You must not use the site unlawfully; access, scan, or test systems without authorisation; bypass security or access controls; disrupt operation; distribute malicious code; impersonate another person; or use content in a way that infringes privacy, trade secrets, intellectual property, or other lawful rights. Legitimate security research requires prior written authorisation.
Intellectual property
The AROXEON and Libra names and marks, visual system, and original text, interfaces, graphics, animations, code, and arrangement on this site are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, adapt, publicly distribute, commercially exploit, or seek to register identical or confusingly similar marks without written permission.
Any fair reference must identify the source and must not imply AROXEON endorsement, authorisation, or partnership.
Third-party content and links
The site may provide links to third-party sites or services where useful. Those third parties are independently responsible for their content, availability, data handling, and transaction terms. A link does not by itself imply AROXEON endorsement, warranty, or partnership. Review the third party’s terms and privacy rules before using its service.
Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to maintain site security and availability, but may suspend or change content because of maintenance, updates, network faults, security incidents, or force majeure. We may update public pages, functions, and materials without changing rights or obligations under a signed agreement.
Confirmed projects are delivered under their agreements; general site updates do not replace or amend those agreements.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep public information accurate, clear, and current. To the extent permitted by law, however, we do not give implied warranties that the site is suitable for your specific purpose, continuously error-free, or that third-party links remain available. Base purchasing, investment, technical, and compliance decisions on your own requirements and mutually confirmed documents.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or other mandatory legal provisions.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy governs personal information. The contact page composes a draft on your device; content enters the email system only after you actively send it. Information you provide must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. Do not send sensitive information or confidential material unrelated to the enquiry.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms when laws, site functions, or business scope change and will show the new effective date here. An update does not automatically amend an existing contract unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Continued site use after an update means you accept the updated public-site rules.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute concerning their formation, validity, performance, or interpretation are governed by the laws of Mainland China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent people’s court at the domicile of 合肥艾洛思信息科技有限公司.
If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
